Scott Andrew - lo-fi acoustic pop superhero!

Matthew McShane writes in to remind us that the infrastructure to create hierarchical menus with HTML has been around for years in the form of long-forgotten <OPTGROUP> element, which was supposed to add structure to <SELECT> and <OPTION> elements. Problem is, its never been supported by browsers as intended. The graphic on the right is how <OPTGROUP> might have been rendered, in perfect world where everything is wonderful.
