Oooooh, my Discrevolt cards arrived yesterday! (I previously mentioned Discrevolt here.)

Each card is good for 15 song downloads and you can download other artists’ songs too. Plus, it’s just really cool to hold in your hand. I spent a good ten minutes just playing with them, stacking them, spreading them across the table, turning them over in my hands (geez, what’s wrong with me?).

I’m thinking there are lots of other really cool things you can do with these cards. Like, tell people to hold on to the cards and bring them to shows, and “flash the badge” to get a discount off a CD or admission or something. Or, like, use them in some sort of puzzle game. Or something like that. The cards are actually numbered, which is neat (artists can do new designs every 100 cards or so, making each set collectible).

My card is also a featured card at the Discrevolt site today. Yay!

I’ll have these cards at all my upcoming shows, starting with tonight’s show in Tacoma.
