The new record
My new album will be called Save You From Yourself. It’s my first full-length, and thanks to the encouragement of readers and friends, I’ve decided to make the leap and go for a professionally produced CD. That’s the proposed cover art on the right (courtesy of Scott Mongrain — thanks man).
In order to push this baby out into the world, I’ve put together a special pre-order and fund-raiser website, where you can contribute whatever amount you like in exchange for different awesomeness packages. It all goes towards the final mastering, printing and manufacturing costs.
Each package includes a preview MP3 of the new killer, studio-tastic version of “You Are Loved” which will be e-mailed to you immediately after you pre-order. Other goodies are outlined in detail on the site.
Anyway, I don’t wanna blather too much here — go check out the site. I had a lot of fun putting it together (maybe too much). If you’ve been enjoying the MP3s and demos over the years, I hope you’ll consider pre-ordering — and maybe encouraging a dozen friends to do so as well. Thanks!
(ps: I must have re-written this post a dozen times since January. Whee!)
