Live track: “Holding Back”

Here’s one of the brighter moments from my CD release show in July: Dennis came out from behind the drum kit to play the conga and sing with Laurie K. and I on Holding Back. It’s pretty awesome how the occasional three-part harmonies carry the song along. Definitely a high point of the evening!

Unfortunately, most of the live audio I got from the show was not great quality. I’ve salvaged a few tunes but I’m still working my way through it all.

not bad. but,from one songwriter guy to another I think all your songs sound the same. maybe you need to go electric with a full bands input to ‘tweek’ your material a little. Trust me I found myself losing interest early on. just my opinion. great voice though. com’on Scott don’t be afraid juice it! good luck and like I tell my self and my band members everyday “play stoned” (just kidding) kinda. no I tell them “NEVER STOP PLAYING AND NEVER GIVE UP”
